Parents Association

Shinrone National School are very fortunate to have a vibrant and active Parents Association. It is a forum for parents of children attending our school to share knowledge and ideas which will improve and enrich the learning experiences for our pupils. All parents are welcome to attend Parent Association meetings.

What does Shinrone NS Parents Association do?

  • Helps to organise and manage school events

  • Inputs parent views as part of the school’s policy forming process

  • Shares skills that parents have to enrich the learning experiences for our pupils

  • Helps with fundraising initiatives

Playing a part in some way – no matter how small – can be very rewarding for parents and children alike! It is a great way to meet other parents, find out what is going on in the school, input your views and suggestions and have an active role in the school community.
