Beebots are a fun way to introduce coding to the junior end of the school. We have currently have 6 beebots on loan from Laois Education Centre. They can be used in all subjects. So far we have used them for geography and Maths.
Children are using problem solving and critical thinking skills to get the beebots to go where they want them to.
They are writing very simple programming. The future is bright for technology in our country!
We all made Maths Hats. Everyone was very creative. We had a fashion show on Friday of all our creations.
